3. International Orders

• Orders placed from outside Bangladesh can only be delivered within Bangladesh.

• Payments must be made via international debit/credit cards.

• Valid international photo ID is required (e.g., Passport or Driving License).

• Bangladeshi-issued cards or IDs will not be accepted for international orders.

4. Delivery Policy

• Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days.

• Delivery status is shared via email or can be tracked under the "Track Order" section.

• Free shipping is provided within Bangladesh.

• Orders above BDT 1,00,000 may require payment authorization as per government and payment gateway policies.

• Diamond Museum ensures secure delivery through trusted logistics partners (S.A. Paribahan and SteadFast).

• Proof of ID may be required upon delivery.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and order placement.

• Maintain confidentiality of your account and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

• Bear any extra costs incurred due to incorrect details provided.

• Accept responsibility for verifying product descriptions before placing orders.

6. Order Cancellation

By Diamond Museum:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to limited stock, pricing errors, or verification issues. Affected customers will be notified promptly.

By Customer:
Customer-initiated cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed. The amount will be adjusted as an advance toward future purchases from our store or website.

7. Returns & Exchanges

5-Day Exchange/Return Policy

• Diamond Jewelry: 25% deduction + 5% VAT + making charges for refunds.

• Gold Jewelry: 17% deduction + 5% VAT + making charges.

• Exchanges: Only 5% VAT is deducted; no additional charges.(within 3 days)

• The product must be returned in its original condition with the invoice and certificates.

How to Return:

1. Contact us at 01400-115599 or info@diamondmuseumbd.com within 3 days.

2. You’ll receive a tamper-proof return package and reference code.

3. Pack the item with the original invoice and certificate.

4. Our courier will pick it up, and your refund/exchange will be processed within 10 days.

Lifetime Exchange & Cashback

• Products can be exchanged anytime.

• Cash refunds available year-round as per Bangladesh Jewellers Samity guidelines:

  • 25% deduction for diamond refunds

  • 15% deduction for diamond exchanges

  • Government VAT and making charges applicable

Note: Returns/exchanges are unavailable on the last day of each month or during special promotions.

8. Security

Any attempts to:

• Hack, misuse, or disrupt the site’s security

• Send unsolicited promotions or malware

• Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools to scrape or interact with the site

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.

Diamond Museum is not responsible for any damages, delays, or losses resulting from:

• Product misuse

• Inaccurate product display

• Color variance due to monitor/device differences
